Urban Network Capital Group has established guidelines for both its development sites as well as the conditions and the manner in which the projects are structured.

The sites must be attractive to both long term and short term tenants; a combination of the two in each project helps mitigate risk and increases returns. In many cases seller financing or participation can occur.

The brand was created with the 40 and under demographic in mind; singles couples and young families with the desire to reside in a resort type sitting with amenities such as in room dining 24 hours a day, limited spa services, rooftop lounges and pool decks with cabana settings. These project amenities have been ignored but are very desirable to the market which now has become dominated by renters and travelers looking for an alternative stay to standard hotel rooms.

The developer through an affiliated wholly owned subsidiary Investor Property Services, provides the management as well. This maintains the consistency and quality of the brand, and ensures continued expansion and consistently yields from 9% to 17% to its investors; be they individuals, groups or funds. The established experience of the development group in multifamily development, construction and property management provides a great vehicle for investors of all types.

    The Developer will precure metropolitan urban growth area through out the country with high demand for housing, it will aquire under valued land and build housing specific for the demand are need.
  • Value-Add Upside:
    The Developer will acquire Class B and Class C comercial assets and execute
    substantial capital expenditures and asset repositioning that culminate in strong value-add creation and asset reclassification upon stabilization.
  • Experienced Sponsor with Proven Business Plan:
    The principals at Urban Capital have over 20 years experience in the Real Estate market with over $2 billion in transactions. The group previously executed the same business plan in the early and mid 2000 in South Florida with great success in both the single family and multifamily market.The group has already developed over 70 properties and is producing returns of over 11% in each property, meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
